What should I bring?
Bring a photo ID and any documents you have that show you take part in a public assistance program or show your household income. Our team will tell you exactly what applies to you. Please bring documents in person; do not send them online.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, ID photos, or other personal documents through this website, email, or text messages. We only handle those in person.
